Jacob Bauman is a recording and mixing engineer, composer, and musician based in Los Angeles, California. His work spans a wide range of mediums, including film scoring, studio recording, mixing, and immersive theatrical sound design.

Originally from Chicago, Jacob developed an early passion for music through years of playing, performing, and composing. His interest in the recording process quickly grew into a professional focus, leading him to take on a variety of roles within film scoring and music production. With experience as both a composer and engineer, Jacob approaches each project with a musical perspective, blending creativity and technical skill to bring sound to life.

Jacob’s work has been featured in major film and television productions, including Disney-Pixar's animated feature Elio (2025), Netflix's Black Mirror (2011), the film adaptation of It Ends with Us (2024), and many more.

Known for his musicality and technical skill, Jacob continues to collaborate with composers, artists, and filmmakers across a diverse range of projects, bringing dedication and a versatile skill set to every project.
